Shipping

All items are shipped within 48 business hours from when the order was placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Standard Canadian Flat Rate: $15.00cad to arrive in 7-10 business days.
Expedited Canadian Flat Rate: $30.00cad to arrive in 3-5 business days.
Standard US Flat Rate: $20.00cad to arrive in 2-7 business days.
Delays may occur in the case of extreme weather or if shipping to remote areas.

Signature required upon delivery. If receiver is not home to accept and does not pick up the package at location provided by the carrier, Fancy Face will bill the customer to re-ship.

** We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please enter a complete civic address. **

Please note that due to air safety regulations, we cannot ship orders containing hazardous materials (sprays, nail polish and products with high alcohol content) through Canada Post. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders do not contain tracking numbers.


Orders with backordered products

For orders that include backordered products, Fancy Face will ship the full order once all products are back in stock. If you’d like to request to receive your in stock products first, you will be responsible for all shipping fees.


Change submitted orders

Fancy Face cannot modify orders that have been already placed, but we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.


Report order problem

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please contact a Fancy Face customer representative via email us using our contact us form. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available or enter the order number in the contact us form. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.


International Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping to the United States. All prices are in Canadian Dollars ($CAD).

We utilize various international couriers such as DHL, UPS, and Purolator. Signature required upon delivery. If receiver is not home to accept and does not pick up the package at location provided by the carrier, Fancy Face will bill the customer to re-ship.

We estimate an average transit time of 2 – 7 days for all US-bound shipments, however some destinations will be subject to longer transit time, or weather delays. Most orders to mainland USA will be delivered within 7 business days.
Please contact us if you have any questions, prior to placing an order. We’ll also be able to confirm delivery is available to your location and advise you which courier is most likely to be used for your destination.
In some rare instances, Fancy Face Inc. may cancel & refund your order if the shipping address is incomplete, a PO box, or considered remote / unreachable by our couriers.

Fancy Face Inc. cannot take responsibility for duty fees, taxes, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs and cross-border transit. Duties and taxes are calculated upon crossing the border, based on the market value (actual price before any promotions) of the product and not the price after promotions or sales.

Our price does not include duty, tax, or customs fees. You will not be reimbursed for these fees, if applicable in your region.

At this time, we cannot utilize a customers’s own customs brokerage account, and all fees will be billed to the recipient, payable via the courier.

Applicable sales taxes will be applied upon checkout, to orders with a Billing address in Canada.

Orders will include a tracking number and will be insured for the total declared value, up to $300.

We regret that at this time we do not ship outside the United States and Canada for orders placed at FancyFace.ca


Return & Refund Policy

At Fancy Face, we take pride in creating high-quality beauty products that make you feel your most radiant. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns on Unopened Products

•We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

•The item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

2. Final Sale on Opened or Used Products

•Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or swatched beauty products.

•If you’re unsure about a product, we encourage you to reach out before purchasing—we’re happy to guide you to the best shade and product for you!

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

•If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

•We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in these cases.

4. Refund Method

•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the customer’s preference.

•If the order was paid via Afterpay or another payment plan, the refund will follow their policies, and partial payments may still be due.

5. Promotional & Final Sale Items

•Gift cards, digital products, mystery gifts, and promotional items (such as gifts with purchase) are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

6. Our “Happiness Guarantee”

We want you to love your Fancy Face products! If you’re not happy with your purchase, reach out to us at customercare@fancyface.ca within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you.
